Once you plan a schedule, don’t just follow it for just a few days and then jump back to your usual work-life approach.

You can use technology to make things easier & save time. Having the luxury to surround yourself with technological miracles that allow you to save your time and energy is the best thing for you.
If needed, use advanced devices or software to manage your redundant and less important tasks of the day. It will help you focus on important elements in your daily schedule.
